TAYLOR v. STATE

No. 73-485.

287 So.2d 128 (1973)

Bobby Joe TAYLOR, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

December 18, 1973.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Phillip A. Hubbart, Public Defender, and Roy S. Wood, Jr., Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Gary M. Carman, Legal Intern, for appellee.

Before BARKDULL, C.J., and HENDRY and HAVERFIELD, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, defendant in the trial court, seeks review of a judgment and sentence of twenty years imprisonment for breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony and aggravated battery.

Appellant's first point on appeal challenges the introduction into evidence of a photograph and testimony concerning the victim's injuries. We find this point to lack substantial merit. See Grant v. State, Fla. 1965, 171 So.2d 361
