In case A 011498 a jury found defendant guilty of two counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and found that he was armed with a shotgun at the time of the commission of the offense. On May 16, 1972, he was sentenced to state prison for the term prescribed by law for first degree robbery on each count.
