This case was remanded to this court by the Supreme Court of the United States with the direction that the judgment of this court be vacated insofar as it leaves undisturbed the death penalty imposed, and for further consideration in light of Stewart v. Massachusetts, 408 U.S. 845 (92 S.C. 2845, 33 LE2d 744), which holds that the imposition and carrying out of the death penalty constitutes cruel and unusual punishment...
