VAUGHN, Judge.

Defendant assigns as error the denial of his motions for judgment of nonsuit made at the close of the State's evidence and at the close of all the evidence. Because defendant offered evidence, the motion for nonsuit at the close of the State's evidence is waived, and the only question raised by this assignment of error concerns the denial of the motion made at the close of all the evidence and requires that we act in light of all of the evidence presented...
