KINGSLEY, J.

The real party in interest, a physical education teacher, suffered an industrial injury on February 4, 1972. Her employer paid her salary through the rest of that school year and furnished medical care. Her employment was terminated at the close of the school year (June 30, 1972) and payments then ceased. (1) Petitioner (the employer's insurance carrier) learned of that termination on August 7, 1972...
