This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered August 29, 1972 in Albany County, which granted petitioner's application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, for annulment of a determination of the Commissioner and for restoration of petitioner to her position as a tenured teacher retroactively to July 1, 1971, with full economic benefits.
