Blanda Meyer, defendant, and Nathan Langwald, codefendant, were charged with manslaughter.1 MCLA 750.321; MSA 28.553. Following a preliminary examination held on November 6, 1970, both defendants were bound over for trial. Defendant filed a motion to quash the information in the trial court, which was subsequently denied.
