Swanson, Sr., the driver of one vehicle, and his wife and children (through their father) who were passengers therein. Suit was brought against the following defendants: Ronald Marretta, the owner of the other vehicle, and his liability insurer Fireman's Fund American Insurance Company; George H. Comeaux, as father and natural guardian...
