This is an appeal from a conviction for performing an abortion in violation of Minn.St. 617.18. On the authority of Roe v. Wade, ___ U.S. ___, 93 S.Ct. 705, 35 L. Ed.2d 147, decided January 22, 1973, and Doe v. Bolton, ___ U.S. ___, 93 S.Ct. 739, 35 L.Ed.2d 201, decided January 22, 1973, and for reasons more fully set forth in State v. Hodgson, Minn., 204 N.W.2d 199, filed herewith, we reverse.
