The Court of Appeals in a case where all nine judges participated held that a jury question existed as to whether an insurance company was liable under a liability insurance policy. Two questions were presented by the appeal, to wit: (1) Did the trial court err in directing a verdict against the insurance company and (2) Did the trial court err in overruling the motion of the insurance company for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict?
