Appellants instituted this action by their complaint in which they allege that appellee-municipality has constructed a sewer lift station within the right-of-way of the street immediately adjacent to their land, thereby obstructing their right of ingress and egress to and from the street. By their prayer for relief appellants seek judgment for the damages allegedly suffered by them and pray that the action be treated as one of inverse condemnation...
