When witnesses and other evidence indicate that a man walking across a street was hit by the defendant's car and immediately after the impact was found lying dead in the street, is there sufficient evidence for a jury in a negligent homicide prosecution to determine whether or not the defendant driver caused the victim's death? That is the primary question presented in this appeal.
