PER CURIAM.

On May 14, 1971, defendant pled guilty to armed robbery, in violation of MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and was subsequently sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 20 to 40 years.

Defendant was informed of his right to a preliminary examination, but stated that he wished to enter a plea of guilty at that time.
