This is a redhibitory action. Plaintiff Donald L. Prince sued Paretti Pontiac Company, Inc. for the avoidance of the sale of an automobile. After a trial, the district court dismissed plaintiff's suit. The Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit affirmed the judgment of the trial court. 262 So.2d 826 (1972). We granted plaintiff's petition for a writ of certiorari. 262 La. 1087,
