Plaintiffs in this action are citizens, residents, taxpayers and voters of the city of Presque Isle, one of five Maine municipalities which have combined to form Maine School Administrative District No. 1. They challenge on equal protection grounds the allocation of seats on the board of directors of the District and seek reapportionment of the board by application of the "one person, one vote" principle...
