In a collision between a private automobile driven by a Mrs. Childs and a pick-up truck owned by Eugene Haley and driven by his brother Frank Haley, Mary Linden Magoon was killed. Her mother, Mrs. Magoon, filed a $150,000 wrongful death suit against Mrs. Childs' administrator and Frank Haley.
