Plaintiffs have brought this five count class action, seeking relief from defendants' alleged violations of the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts. Count I asserts that defendants possess an illegal monopoly of the market consisting of those applicants for the Illinois bar examination who take a bar review course.
