This appeal is brought by the defendant, John Burke, from a sentence of 4 to 7 years in the penitentiary imposed by the circuit court of Lake County on his plea of guilty to the offense of robbery. The defendant contends that the sentence is excessive in light of the facts and circumstances of the case and is inconsistent with the theory of sentencing in Illinois...
