This is a workmen's compensation case. Bernard Rosenfeld was secretary-treasurer of a corporation whose steel plant was located in a high crime area of Atlanta. Rosenfeld often worked on the corporation's books on Saturday, although the corporation was not open for business on Saturday. He drove a car owned by the corporation. On this particular Saturday, about 2:00 p. m., he was found dead in this automobile. He had been shot and the car had crashed...
