A.R.S. and a sentence of death thereon; assault with a deadly weapon, § 13-249 et seq. A.R.S. (two counts); robbery, § 13-641 et seq. A.R.S. (two counts), with a sentence as to each of the four counts of not less than forty years nor more than life imprisonment, said four terms to be served...
