This case involves the existence of a right of way which the Plaintiffs contend runs across the Defendants' land. The Plaintiffs' property, containing approximately seventeen acres, is located in Saco, Maine, on the southeasterly side of U.S. Route 1, and is described in the deed to Plaintiffs recorded in York County Registry of Deeds.1
