LANDRY, Judge.
This matter is before us on an ex proprio motu order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed because of the apparent failure of Appellant, J. D. Blackwell, to timely post an appeal bond herein. We find the bond was untimely filed and dismiss the appeal.
