The South Carolina Industrial Commission found as a matter of fact that the death of Sam Eagles arose out of and in the course of his employment. Payment to his widow and dependents was directed under the terms of the South Carolina Workmen's Compensation Law. Upon appeal to the Civil and Criminal Court of Horry County, Judge Claude M.
