Appellant was put to trial on a three-count indictment charging: (1) burglary in the second degree, (2) grand larceny, and (3) buying, receiving, concealing or aid in concealing stolen property. The jury returned a verdict of guilty on all counts. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment in the penitentiary.
