The main question raised by this appeal is whether the trial court properly granted appellees' summary judgment under Rule 56, Rules of Civil Procedure, 16 A.R.S. Appellants argue that the trial court erred in granting appellees summary judgment and in not granting them summary judgment on their cross-motion.
