Relator has filed in this court her suggestion for a writ of prohibition.

The suggestion and attached exhibits reveal that relator was taken into custody on the charge of assault without intent to kill on November 5, 1972. Those charges were dismissed on December 21, 1972, and refiled on December 21, 1972.
