The sole issue in this case is whether or not the Unified Code of Corrections (Ill. Rev. Stat., 1972 Supp., ch. 38, par. 1005-8-1), applies to the sentence imposed in this case and requires a remandment for an appropriate sentence under that statute. The question stated must be answered "yes" in both aspects.
