This appeal was brought from a decision of the Shaker Heights Municipal Court which denied appellant's request to tax his court reporter's cost in a case wherein the appellant was found not guilty of the charge of violating Ordinance No. 511.19 of the City of University Heights, which prohibits a person from allowing his dog to defecate on property owned by another.
