Plaintiff's complaint in equity indicates that the parties are a divorced husband and wife who, prior to the divorce decree, entered into a written agreement whereby defendant agreed to pay, among other things, the college expenses of his three minor children in the custody of plaintiff. The complaint alleges that defendant has defaulted in such payments for his eldest son, Randy, who is presently a student at Penn State University...
