Under a second amended declaration, Michael B. Sosslau1 sued Parlett Ford, Inc., for the constructive conversion of a 1968 Cougar automobile. A jury in the Superior Court of Baltimore City rendered verdicts in his favor for $4,000.00 compensatory damages and for $36,000.00 punitive damages.
