The defendants were each convicted of two counts of kidnapping,1 two counts of felonious assault,2 and were acquitted of felony-murder.3

On the Court's own motion we consolidated appellants' separate appeals.

Oddie Morgan was robbed and held for $5,000 ransom by Tom Todd. Curtis Atkinson and Donny Young were present at the time. Later in the day...
