This is an appeal filed by the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company (PP&L) from an order, dated March 28, 1972, of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC). On March 14, 1973, this Court filed an Opinion and Order disposing of the parties' cross motions (see 8 Pa.Commw. 322, 301 A.2d 380 (1973)), and the matter is now before this Court on the merits.
