OPINION

DORIS, Justice.

This is a petition for certiorari to review a Superior Court order entered on December 6, 1971, sustaining in part and denying in part an appeal from a decision of the Zoning Board of Review of the Town of North Kingstown, denying a petition for an exception to the zoning ordinance to erect a gasoline filling station.
