Appellant Ronald Fish was tried by jury and convicted of rape for which he was sentenced to a term of 10 to 15 years in the state prison. Appeal was taken to this Court and counsel filed a brief to the effect that he was unable to find any arguable question. Appellant thereafter filed a brief in propria persona in which he raises two questions.
