Plaintiff, Latter & Blum, Inc., a realtor filed this suit against the defendant, Ocean Drilling and Exploration Company (ODECO) to recover unpaid commissions which it alleged was due in conformity with a rental listing contract. Plaintiff asserted that it was the exclusive rental agent for leasing all of the eighth and a portion of the ninth floor of the ODECO Building under its agreement with the defendant, particularly that clause binding defendant...
