TODD, Justice.

Defendant appeals from judgment of conviction of attempted escape from lawful custody, Minn.St. 609.17, subd. 1, and 609.485, subd. 2(1), and from the denial of his motion for a new trial. He also challenges sentencing procedures which increased his term of sentence as a dangerous offender. We affirm with modification of the sentence.
