John P. Smeekens, Jr. and Arlene L. Smeekens brought an ejectment action against Edmour H. Bertrand and Helen S. Bertrand who were purchasing the Panorama Motel from them on a conditional sales contract. The Bertrands were in default upon the contract, but the Smeekenses had failed to give reasonable notice.
