Central of Georgia Railway Company brings this appeal from an adverse verdict and judgment thereon rendered in a crossing accident. Plaintiff is the widow of Eugene Luther whose death occurred when the automobile owned by him in which he was riding as a passenger when it was being driven by a friend collided with a train which resulted in the deaths of both. Plaintiff named as codefendants the railroad and the administrator of the driver with gross negligence...
