OPINION BY JUDGE WILKINSON, October 18, 1973:

This is an appeal1 by the employer from the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review which reversed the decision of the Bureau and the referee, each of which had determined claimant to be ineligible for benefits on the grounds that he refused suitable work.
