STEVENS, Judge.

On 25 September 1969 Ralph Miller, the petitioner, a carpenter by trade, fell a full story of a building. A medical report sets forth the injuries as follows:

"He sustained a severely comminuted fracture of his pelvis extending into the right acetabulum."
