The defendant, Dr. Albert Camelio, was found guilty by a jury on an indictment charging him and three others with larceny in excess of $100 from the Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance Company. Dr. Camelio was tried alone,1 fined $600, given a suspended sentence of one year in the house of correction, and placed on probation for three years. The case is here on the defendant's bill...
