This is an action brought by a tenant against her landlords to recover for personal injuries sustained by the tenant as the result of the tenant falling on a private sidewalk leading to the front door of the rented property. The tenant, plaintiff below and appellee in this court, Anne Faye Richardson, complains that the sidewalk was defective and that the landlords agreed to repair it but failed to do so...
