This matter is again before us on a petition for writ of habeas corpus following a referral hearing ordered by this court, pursuant to CAROA 56 (k), to determine petitioner's competency to stand trial on four charges of rape. The trial was held in Pierce County in October, 1963 before Judge Robert A. Jacques. Petitioner was found guilty on all four counts.
