Defendants Harold Fowler, Gary Pendleton and William Roberts were charged with and convicted of illegal possession of narcotic drugs,1 receiving or aiding in the concealment of stolen property,2 possession of burglary tools with intent to use,3 and carrying concealed weapons without a license.4
