Defendant, Francis L. Abraham, was indicted at nos. 492 and 727 of 1971 in the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County for operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended. The case is presently before the court for a determination of defendant's motion to suppress the certificate of suspension issued by the Commonwealth and dated February 25, 1969.
