This is a dispute over the location of a boundary line dividing two parcels of land in Skamania County, each in section 6, township 1 north, range 6 E.W.M. Plaintiffs are the owners of land lying west of the line. Defendants own the land east of the line.

In 1877 one of plaintiffs' predecessors in interest and one of defendants' predecessors in interest became joint owners of a tract of land extending from the northern boundary of said section 6...
