This case arises from the relationship between appellee, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (Nationwide), and one of its agents, Richard A. Rinard (Rinard), the appellant. In 1966 Rinard and Nationwide entered into what Nationwide called "Career Agents Financing Plan Agreement." Under this agreement Rinard was advanced the sum of $125 per week by Nationwide.
