This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County entered upon the verdict of a jury.

Plaintiffs, owners of separate pieces of real estate, jointly sued the city of Lebanon to recover damages for losses of personal property and injuries to real estate as consequences of the flooding of the basements of their homes.
