In a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of two counts of theft of over $150 and one count of burglary. He was sentenced to not less than 1 nor more than 3 years on each count to run concurrently. On appeal, defendant contends that the State failed to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...
