On 14 September 1972 DAVID ALLEN WIEBKING (indictment 5466), WILLIAM ANCEL HOLT (indictment 5468), CLIFFORD LYNN WOLF (indictment 5469), Angus Roy Gross, III (indictment 5467), and Paul Craig Buckley (indictment 5470) were jointly tried at a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Howard County. Each indictment alleged the commission on 21 December 1971 of the crimes of possession of cocaine (1st count), possession of marijuana...
